Redline Coaching and Consulting ("Redline," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. This Policy applies to redlinecoachingwa.com and to the coaching, consulting, and related services we provide.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Contact information you voluntarily provide — name, email address, phone number, business name, and any details you include in a message, intake form, or consultation request.
• Engagement information shared during coaching or consulting work — goals, business performance, personal context, and other information necessary to deliver Services.
• Payment information processed by our payment provider (we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers).
• Technical and usage information automatically collected when you visit the Site — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps. This is collected via standard server logs and, where used, privacy-friendly analytics.
• Cookies and similar technologies for basic site function and (if enabled) analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries and provide requested information;
• Schedule and conduct consultations and coaching sessions;
• Deliver and improve our Services;
• Send transactional communications (appointment confirmations, billing, service updates);
• Send marketing communications, but only if you have opted in (see Section 5);
• Process payments and maintain business records;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. Email Marketing — Opt-In and Opt-Out

We will only send promotional email to you if you have affirmatively opted in (for example, by checking a subscribe box or signing up for a newsletter). Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also opt out by emailing chris@redlinecoachingwa.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe." Transactional emails related to an active engagement are not promotional and are not subject to the unsubscribe option.

5. SMS / Text Message Marketing — Opt-In and Opt-Out

Redline uses Twilio's A2P 10DLC platform to send SMS messages to U.S. phone numbers. We will only send SMS messages to a phone number where the recipient has provided prior express written consent (typically by checking an opt-in box on a form on this Site).

• Message frequency varies by message type. Marketing messages are limited and infrequent; transactional messages (such as appointment confirmations) are sent as needed.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out of SMS at any time, reply STOP to any text message. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you've been unsubscribed.
• For help, reply HELP to any text message or email chris@redlinecoachingwa.com.
• Mobile information sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors is limited to those that support the SMS program (e.g., Twilio).

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers that help us operate the Site and deliver Services (for example: Twilio for SMS and voice; an email/scheduling provider; a payment processor; web hosting and analytics providers). These providers are contractually limited to using your information only to provide services to us.
• Legal and safety reasons — to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Redline, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case your information may be transferred subject to standard confidentiality protections.

7. Data Storage and Security

Information you provide is stored on systems operated by us and our service providers. We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide our Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you;
• Correct or update inaccurate information;
• Request deletion of your information;
• Opt out of marketing communications (see Sections 4 and 5);
• Withdraw consent where we rely on consent to process your information.
