I'm Chris Olson — a firefighter / paramedic for 8+ years, and a business owner for over a decade. I've grown multiple companies to seven figures across home service, contracting, and consulting. I've worked with hundreds of business owners and high-performing individuals as a coach and I live and breathe what I preach.
Redline Coaching and Consulting is firefighter and entrepreneur owned, and was born organically as I worked with coworkers, colleagues, and other contractors. We specialize in operational management, leadership development, and increasing satisfaction for first responders, business owners, and high performers who are tired of running on adrenaline. Common Questions
Who do you typically work with?
High-performing individuals — primarily firefighters, law enforcement, healthcare workers, and business owners or freelancers in service-based industries. If you run hot and need cleaner systems, you're the right fit.
Do you coach in person or virtually?
Both. I'm based in the Pacific Northwest (WA State) and meet local clients in person when it makes sense. The majority of coaching happens over video, and I serve clients across the U.S. and internationally.
How long are coaching engagements?
Most clients work with me in 3- to 12-month engagements. We'll size the program to your goals during the consultation — no cookie-cutter packages.
I'm a first responder, not a business owner. Is this for me?
Absolutely. A big part of my work is with firefighters, medics, and other first responders building leadership skills, side businesses, or just trying to get their life back from the shift schedule.
How is this different from other coaching?
I'm still in the fire service and still running businesses. You're not getting coached by someone who left the field a decade ago — you're getting coached by someone in it right now.
What happens on the first call?
It's a real conversation, not a sales pitch. We talk about what's actually going on, what you're trying to build, and whether working together makes sense. Zero pressure.
